Disturbed by noise or other airport activity?

The Airport operator, LLAOL, operates a complaints system. All complaints are logged and help to build up a picture of the nuisance which is reported to the Airport Consultative Committee and in the Annual Monitoring Report (AMR).

There are 5 ways to contact the Company (so no excuses!). You need to supply details of the event (or events) of which you are complaining: time, your location and aircraft description if you have it. Don’t forget the nature of your complaint (noise, fumes, aircraft off-track, etc.) and your contact details (for their response):

• use the form on Luton Airport's web site. Follow “About us” (twice) and look for “Noise”.
